COVID-19 Update: How UFA is Responding

UFA is committed to providing safe, reliable service to our members and customers during the COVID-19 outbreak. We know you have important work to do, and we are here to help you get it done.

All UFA locations, including Farm & Ranch Supply stores, Petroleum Agencies, Cardlocks, Fertilizer Plants and Ag Depots are open and ready to serve you.

Our Farm & Ranch Supply stores and Petroleum Agencies have enhanced measures in place, to continue protecting everyone who shops at our stores including one-way aisle markers, the installation of distancing barriers at the checkout counters, plexiglass dividers, and limits on the number of people that can be in the store at one time. These measures ensure our members and customers have the physical distance to shop safely at our stores.

As part of our normal practice, all of our stores, agencies and facilities are cleaned regularly. In response to COVID-19, we increased the frequency of our cleaning in order to maintain a healthy environment, including regular disinfecting of high-touch and high-traffic areas such as our checkout counters, point of sale machines, door handles, etc.

You can now visit to shop from the comfort of your own home (or the cab of your tractor), pay online using your credit card or account, then pick up your order when it’s ready. Orders will be held for up to seven days and can be picked up in store or through tailgate pick-up, which will temporarily be offered while enhanced COVID-19 restrictions remain in place.

In recognition of the tremendous efforts our front-line teams have dedicated during this past year, we have also implemented a one-time recognition bonus that has been paid to all front-line workers. This is in addition to the permanent increases in pay to front-line Farm & Ranch Supply store employees, which took effect April 1.

As we continue to navigate through the global outbreak of COVID-19 together, we value your patience and understanding. News of the coronavirus and the resulting government regulations evolve rapidly, as we have seen this week, but we are working hard to adjust our business in your best interests. Every action we take is to ensure that our team is able to continue to serve you effectively, efficiently and empathetically.

We recognize our members, customers and team are concerned with the events unfolding before us and wish to express our thanks to our healthcare workers and leaders for their efforts in dealing with this virus. As an essential service, UFA’s response to the outbreak of COVID-19 is to continue to provide a safe environment where members and customers have access to the products and services you need to get the job done, safely.

We will continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 in the communities we serve and provide additional updates as new information becomes available. To receive information on offers, events and UFA announcements, please sign up for UFA emails.

We look forward to serving you and welcome you to contact us with any questions at 1-877-258-4500.
